How to place an order?

1. Head to massageguncy.com homepage, click on the Shop Now button, or Shop on the top menu to be sent to a Products page.

2. Once on the Products page, select your item and then Add to Basket.

3. Review the content of your Cart by clicking View Basket or Cart on the top menu.

4. Add any coupons that you might have and click the Proceed to Checkout button in the bottom right corner.

4. Enter all the relevant information on the Billing Details page and choose your payment of preference on the right-hand side.

5. All are secured and encrypted. Enter Payment Method and relevant information and click Place Order.

You will receive an order confirmation email and your tracking information email once the order is fulfilled.

What’s my order status?

When you receive your order confirmation email, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days, holidays permitting.

Keep an eye on your package until you receive it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Returns

Until when can I return?

At Massage Gun Cyprus, we pride ourselves on high-quality products and great customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Massage Gun, you have 14 days to return it. No questions asked.

How can I return my massage gun?

Step 1

If you are within your first 14 days, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected].

Step 2
Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete to send back to us. The form must be included with your return, customs fees incurred by failure to include RAF will be deducted from the refund.

(Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping costs for the returned unit. We advise that you hold on to your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.)

Step 3
Once we receive the returned unit to our warehouse, it will take 1 business day to process a refund. Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your bank statement.

Shipping and delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day for in-stock merchandise received by 11:00 AM GMT+2 Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched the following 1-2 business days. We do not ship on public holidays, any orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next day.

Shipping is free for deliveries in Cyprus for all of our products!

Where do you ship?

My package doesn’t seem to be moving

If your package has reached your country but isn’t moving, it is most likely being held up at customs. Simply call your local customs and confirm your tracking information with them.

They will release your package and allow the shipment to be completed.

What about custom fees?

It will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover any customs, brokerage, or duty fees.

Safety

General Warnings

Do not place your finger or any objects near the metal piston above the attachment while the Massage Gun is in use or just after use. The metal piston can become extremely hot.

Do not use any attachments or batteries other than the ones provided by Massage Gun Cyprus and only as instructed by Massage Gun Cyprus.

Do not use the Massage Gun on your head, heart, or near your genitals. Do not get hair caught in the attachment arm or any other moving part on the Massage Gun. Do not use the Massage Gun above your Adam’s Apple or C4 vertebrae.

Do not get the Massage Gun wet other than by cleaning it with a magic eraser or a lightly damp towel.

Do not block the vents of the motor.

To extend the life of the battery, remove the battery from the charger once the LED turns green.

Battery Warning

Never attempt to disassemble the battery. Never store a battery in direct sunlight or at temperatures above 104 °F. (40°C) Only charge the battery when the ambient temperature is between 32 °F (0°C) and 104 °F (40°C). Never expose the battery or charger to water. For long-term storage, the battery should be fully charged. Always remove after the light turns solid green.

Traveling

Can I travel with my massage gun?

Always travel with your Massage Gun to help soothe the aches and pains associated with long periods of sitting.

However, when traveling with your Massage Gun, lithium-ion batteries must be stored in carry-on baggage only. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate, all lithium batteries must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin.

While you are able to travel with your Massage Gun unit and accessories in your carry on luggage, it is at the discretion of the TSA officer if they will allow this through. Please feel free to share our website and social media with them if they are unfamiliar with our device.

We do recommend that your Massage Gun unit and other accessories (charging station, etc.) is kept in your checked luggage, especially when traveling internationally.
